Terms And Conditions
Dinners will usually be served between 7.30 pm and 8pm unless alternative agreement has been reached.
The catering staff will remain at the property for 2hours 30 minutes and the service will include providing all the food and ingredients, serviettes and cooking utensils where appropriate. The food will be served by specially selected waiters and all dishes will be cleared away and cleaned after the meal within the time scale stated above. The client will be responsible for any items left after this time.
There will be a minimum charge for 10 guests.
We cannot be held responsible for equipment failure although every attempt will be made to fix any failure as soon as possible.
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing. Any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the dinner party date will incur liability of the full charge.
We will do our utmost to make the evening as enjoyable as possible for you and your guests.
To confirm your booking we require a signed copy of the booking form (which also confirms that you agree to these terms and conditions), and a deposit cheque.
Any disputes will be dealt with under the laws of England and Wales.
